Student Youth Ministries

Our goal is to provide our secondary and college age students with a balanced program of discipleship, social activities, trips, summer camp, and mission opportunities. The Bible says, "Let no man despise your youth." We believe that your student has a tremendous destiny before them and that they should be praised for their spiritual growth and ministry participation.

We are excited that some of our students traveled to El Salvador for 8 days of exciting, cross-cultural ministry. Their ministry proved very effective to hundreds of school age children and youth. This opportunity provides our youth the opportunity to see the third world vs. their world, a bonding experience between them and their Salvadoranian ministry team, and an intensive opportunity for the Holy Spirit to work through them. The result is a fired-up, missions
conscious, Holy Spirit transformed young person who sees and appreciates life through new eyes.

Our youth meet Sunday morning for Bible study from 9:30 – 10:20 a.m. in the Family Life Center and again on Wednesday evenings at 7:00.

Our student youth ministry staff are trained to effective care for and minister to your child. Our staff has First Aid / CPR training and has passed a basic background check with Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).

Thank you for letting us minister to your child so you can more fully enjoy the LPC worship experience.

Special Note: All student ministries activities away from the church campus require a signed Parental Permission & Emergency Contact Release form for participation in these events. Events are planned through the church office to provide maximum, safe experiences for your student with trained personnel. These forms may be obtained from the church office or student ministry staff and will include destination, departure / return times, and costs of activities.
